Chantale is the CEO & Managing Director of Maggie Beer Holdings an ASX-listed group with its head office in Adelaide and is currently transitioning to a board portfolio career with Non-Executive Director roles across financial services, food and wine, education and e-commerce.

Chantale is an experienced CEO, Managing Director and NED with a diverse background in food & beverage retail and manufacturing, e-commerce, gifting, large family offices, Friendly Societies, publishing and hospitality.  With extensive experience in both listed and unlisted environments in Australia and internationally, Chantale thrives on improving businesses and stakeholder wealth, developing excellent strategic plans for growth whilst providing an engaging employee experience and championing new leaders. 

Chantale has completed M&A transactions and has raised capital for business investment in both the public and private space.  Chantale’s key strengths are growing businesses and business turnarounds, innovation and launching new products efficiently and effectively, financial acumen, leadership, stakeholder & investor management and governance.
